Who is the Jasper Road P&C and What do we do?
The Jasper Road P&C is a volunteer-run organisation whose goal is to support the school and school community. We invite all parents and carers to join.
Our focus is to support the executive team and staff of JRPS to ensure that our students continue to access the best of experiences both inside and outside the classroom. We do this by contributing to decision-making, developing policies and management plans as well as fundraising at Jasper Road Public School.
The P&C provides an opportunity for parent participation in the school. Some of the things our volunteers do for the school community include:
- Host discos for the students
- Hold trivia nights for the parent community
- Organise community BBQ’s
- Manage a range of fundraising events through the year
If you are interested in finding out more about the P&C or interested in getting involved, come along to our meetings, email us or follow us on Facebook. We would love to hear any ideas that you have for ways we can work with our school community.
